For Salon Services
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled time via our website or customer support.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% service charge.
Late Arrivals
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service time or rescheduling based on availability.
For Product Purchases
Return & Refund Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- Damaged in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired or defective product
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used beauty products
- Personal hygiene items
- Sale/discounted items unless defective
Return Process
- Contact us at info@elevatelifestyle.in with order details and images of the issue.
- Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
