At Elevate Lifestyle, we value your time and satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for appointment cancellations, service issues, and product returns.

For Salon Services

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled time via our website or customer support.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% service charge.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service time or rescheduling based on availability.

For Product Purchases

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
    • Damaged in transit
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Expired or defective product

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Sale/discounted items unless defective

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@elevatelifestyle.in with order details and images of the issue.
  • Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
